Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support services for Open Source products. As part of the Global 24x7 Technical Support Team, the Technical Support Engineer will assist our customers to analyze, diagnose, replicate and troubleshoot the reported issues to resolution. This individual will also be working with engineering, quality assurance and sales organization in the product and customer service delivery improvement process.
